1. Information We Collect

When you register for RubanServe, we collect: restaurant name, owner name, email, phone number, city, and restaurant type. We also collect order data, customer data, and usage analytics to operate the platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the RubanServe service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may send transactional emails (trial expiry, subscription receipts, password reset) to your registered email.

3. Multi-Tenant Isolation

Each restaurant account (tenant) is strictly isolated. Your orders, customers, staff, and menu data are never shared with or visible to other restaurants on the platform.

4. Data Security

All data is stored in a secured MySQL database. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sessions use HTTP-only, SameSite=Strict cookies. All POST forms are CSRF protected.

5. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment data.
