1. Acceptance

By registering for RubanServe, you agree to these terms. RubanServe is operated by Ruban Softwares, Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

2. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 90-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the platform. Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry before deletion.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use RubanServe for illegal activities, to process fraudulent transactions, or to store data that violates Indian law. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Data Ownership

You own your restaurant data (menu, orders, customers). You may export your data at any time. Ruban Softwares does not claim ownership of your business data.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses due to downtime beyond our reasonable control.
